Call anytime to make an appointment for the daytime clinic. The daytime clinic is held every Monday, Tuesday,and Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. You may leave a message and someone will return your call by the next business day.

Call Thursday morning between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. to make an appointment for the Thursday evening clinic. The Thursday evening clinic is held that evening between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Do NOT leave a message. You must speak with the nurse. Thursday evening clinic appointments are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Patients must present their valid eligibity card (green card) during check in for office visits.
