All Free Clinic patient visits are by appointment only and limited to current patients with a valid eligibility card.

The Free Clinic provdes medical care to uninsured and underinsured residents of Rockbridge County, the City of Buena Vista, and the City of Lexington.

The Free Clinic treats adults with acute and chronic illnesses needing routine medical supervision and medications. A staff nurse practitioner and volunteer physicians provide care Monday through Thursday. The Free Clinic does not provide Emergency Services.
